Quick Vegan Cheese Sauce
Pour it over macaroni

Drizzle it on your tacos
Who said vegans can’t have cheese? This vegan cheese sauce can be used for anything you want cheese on and it only takes 5 minutes to make.
One of my favorite ways to use this sauce is on baked potatoes and broccoli.
The main ingredients in the cheese sauce are white beans for creaminess and nutritional yeast for the cheesy flavor. Everything just goes in the blender and its ready in no time. You can eat it as is or heat it up. It’s delicious either way!
The recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce. This is usually not enough for my cheese loving family, so I usually have to double the recipe.
