Vegan Peaches and Cream Smoothie

Saturday mornings are perfect for smoothies.  With creamy almond milk and sweet peaches this smoothie is an amazing way to start the day.  It is light and sweet, which is great during the hot summer months.

When it is hot out I don’t like to cook a lot and crave meals that are light and fresh.  So smoothies are one my go to meals in the summer.  This smoothie is cool, creamy and sweet.  I love it for breakfast, but it would be good for lunch or a snack too.

I added vanilla protein powder to this smoothie, which is important if you are having it after a workout or using it as a meal replacement.  You could also add in some spinach to boost the nutritional value.  Spinach has a mild flavor, so you won’t even taste it.   I used frozen peaches and half of a frozen banana.  You don’t taste the banana very much, but it helps make it super creamy.

Vegan Peaches and Cream Smoothie

Servings 2


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)


  1. Put all of the ingredients into a high speed blender.  Blend until everything is smooth.  

  2. This recipe makes 2 smoothies.
