Vegan Fudge Popsicles
Cold, creamy and chocolaty. These fudge popsicles are the perfect summer treat.
After a long day of playing outside the kids are always ready for something cold to eat. Fudge popsicles are a quick treat that is actually healthy. The ingredients are simple and the popsicles can be made in no time at all.
In this house we all love anything chocolate, so these are one of our favorite popsicle flavors. I like that they are so easy to make. All you need is a banana, peanut butter, non dairy milk, cocoa powder and agave. Throw it all in the blender then pour it into mold and freeze. The hardest part is being patient while the popsicles freeze all the way. This is also a great way to use bananas that are getting a little too ripe.
If you don’t have popsicle molds just use small paper cups and popsicle sticks. Just let the chocolate start to freeze a little bit in the cups and then put in the sticks.
