Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten free if necessary)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375  

  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.  Dry the chickpeas on towels and rub off any loose skins.  

  3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly oil the pan.  

  4. Toss the chickpea with the soy sauce and balsamic.  Put the chickpeas on the sheet pan and roast them for 30-40 minutes.  The longer you roast them the crunchier they get.
