Put the nuts into the food processor and pulse them a few times just to start breaking them up. Add in the oats and dates and pulse a few times again.
Add in the remaining ingredients and pulse it until everything is finely chopped and well combined.
Scoop out a heaping tablespoons and roll into a tight balls. You should get about 10-12 energy balls depending on how big you make them. Store leftovers in a sealed container or freeze them.
