Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 20 meduim dates
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt if your peanut butter is salted add less salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Add the almonds into a food processor.  Pulse a few times to start breaking down the nuts.  

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients.  Pulse until everything is finely chopped and combined.  

  3. Scoop out a heaping tablespoons and roll into a tight balls.  You should get about 10-12 energy balls depending on how big you make them.  Store leftovers in a sealed container.
