Mango Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 or 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups nondairy milk add more if needed

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender.  Blend until smooth.  Makes 2 large smoothies.
